Honda brake rotor 270mm oversize from SpeedLine is the perfect solution for riders waiting to improving their bikes stopping power by up to 40% more.

Why a larger front rotor? Front can provide around 70% of the overall stopping power when used correctly. You may say it is the case of just trying to pull on the lever harder as modern motocross bikes have very powerful brakes, however they don't offer much in the way of modulation or linear application. That is the ability to achieve maximum braking force without wheel lock up. 

With a larger rotor setup your ability to modulate (control) the braking force greatly reduces brake lock and is what makes for a great brake that you can put to maximum use, hitting corners faster, keeping better control in wet and hard riding conditions. 

Speedline’s patented innovative rotor shape and grooved cooling cannels lowers pad and fluid temperatures. The rotors centre is manufactured from billet CNC machined aircraft aluminium then black anodized, the braking faces are made from premium 420 stainless steel. Both are joined with solid oversize fixings, to stop that chop out (outer ring coming loose) that other brands can suffer from.

1-  If the bike does not have a 270mm oversize front brake rotor on it now, you will have to purchase the rotor and adapter together. The rotor will not work without an adapter.  

2-   If the bike has already got a 270mm oversize rotor on it and it needs to be replaced, the rotor only will need to be purchased.  As the bike should already have an oversize adapter on it already

Note: This rotor works with any brand of adapter made for a 270mm rotor and this adapter will work with any brand of 270mm rotor, so you can fit this rotor if you already have a 270mm adapter or vise-versa.
