SHIPPING - Australia & New Zealand

New Zealand Freight Prices Registered Courier Address: Orders placed by Motoxparts website have a very low $5.00 flat shipping rate this is any weight or size, so you can buy as much as you and only pay $5.00 freight anywhere within New Zealand. Most items are sent using NZ Couriers overnight service so will be in your hand the next day (overnight Monday-Thursday and if ordered on Friday you should receive the following Monday)

No door sales or pick-ups, we do not take cash or have payment facilities on the premises, this is distribution only – please order online

New Zealand Rural Delivery or Non Courier Address: Most are sent by NZ Post unless the order is large/heavy in some cases may be sent with Now Couriers, who will hand it to your rural postie (most are sent NZ Post). Delivery times can be at least 2-8 days and orders are not sent with track and trace. If you have concerns or need your parcel quickly please consider using a town address or the NZ Couriers drop off point closest to you - see below

New Zealand - For rural address only - If you want if fast, next day - Even if your address is rural/non-courier an overnight service is available for most customers. If you use this service, items will be sent to an NZC courier pickup point and you will have to pick-up from there. Here's the list of drop off NZC points nationwide, so you can check if one is close to you : click here for NZ Couriers branch and drop off point information - This service has a $5.00 flat shipping rate any weight/size.

Rural address & Courier service: If you want to send your order with NZ Couriers to your address ( not drop-off point) select the "Rural Tracked send by courier" option from the shipping location dropdown at checkout. The cost is $8 for this service. Please note this is not an overnight service, rural courier delivery to your address (not drop-off point) is a 2-3 day delivery service.

Motoxparts does not offer a Saturday delivery service. The reason being at times the couriers are too lazy to delivery on Saturday. We have found even if the $20 Saturday delivery ticket (this is on top of the standard shipping cost) is add the courier may not delivery. So please do not ask for a Saturday delivery service.

Australia Freight Air Prices: $10.00 flat very low shipping rate by air this is any weight or size, so you can buy as much as you can and only pay $10.00 shipping

Orders over $150 - Most are Track/Trace door-door with insurance by air 2-4 working days delivery time for most (some city customers have reported next day delivery). A track/trace number will be emailed as soon as your order has been despatched. Orders under $150 most are sent standard post by air delivery time for most 3-10 days working days (these can vary times of year). Standard post is not tracked so a track/trace number is not available. An email will be sent letting you know you order has been shipped.

Note:If an international order is place of any cost and the order is termed oversize/overweight by Motoxparts, Motoxparts has the right to send the order by either standard air post or air courier post.

Motoxparts get items shipped super fast to your door in Australia : As soon as you have paid for your order it will be shipped that day (MXP working hours) We are a real supplier and stock all items on our site in our warehouse. Most other mx stores have to get items in from a outside 3rd party supplier then ship to you, now that takes a lot more time. Not with Motoxparts, we have in stock and can send items from NZ to your door faster than you ordering from most places in Australia.

Australia Post orders under $150 (non-track/tace) - Goods are not tracked and delivery times may vary, we have had I a few cases goods have taken up to take 8 weeks to be deliveried (this is normally around the end of the year or have been held at customs - these are out of Motoxparts control and you will have to take this up with post). If goods are lost or do not show up Motoxparts will not replace goods, you will have to take this up with Post and seek a refund from them.

Other countries: Motoxparts only ships to New Zealand and Australia. Please do not place a order if outside these countries.

Shipping within NZ

Orders (except rural or non courier address) being sent within New Zealand despatched with NZ Couriers for next day targeted delivery. Orders are sent 'signature required' unless otherwise requested via delivery instructions at checkout. If it is requested an order be 'left at front door' , with no signature required (or similar) the customer takes responsibility for the delivery of the order as there will be no 'proof of delivery'. It is therefore recommended particularly for high value orders that a signature is obtained. You may have an alternative e.g. work address the order can be sent to.

If a order is classed as large/oversize by Motoxparts it may be sent by Now Couriers this is a 1-3 day targeted delivery time. Now Couriers are track/traced, once the order has been dispatched you will receive a email direct from Motoxparts with these details.

On the odd occasion delivery time can be longer than stated, in this case you will just have to wait. If you have concerns or need your parcel quickly please consider using a town address or the NZ Couriers drop off point closest to you.

For fast delivery rural customers are advised to use a drop-off point for NZ Couriers (if there is one close by). A list of drop off points can be found at checkout, with the rural delivery information. Or rural customers may have access to a 'town' address. If so, orders will be sent with NZ Couriers and this is targeted overnight delivery.

Items that are sent by courier request a signature on delivery. If a customer request an item to be delivered and left with a signature and the item goes missing this not Motoxparts reasonability.

Dispatch notifications are sent out around 5pm Monday-Friday (excluding holidays). Please do not email Motoxparts before this time and ask if my order has been dispatched yet. Once your order has been dispatched you will be sent an email letting you know your order has been dispatched.

Close off time for dispatch of orders is 3.30pm (NZ time) Monday-Friday. This is as long as the order has been paid for in full and payment has been cleared by Motoxparts. (this will not be the case with bank payment only card)

Note you may place an order at exactly 3.30pm (NZ Time) on your side but Motoxparts may not receive this and pay confirmed until 3.31pm so the order may be dispatched to following day

Bank payments can take 1-2 days to clear (MXP working days/time) this due to the bank not Motoxparts, so please do not email us and ask if you bank payment has cleared. You will just have to wait for a shipping dispatch notification this will let you know your order has been shipped. Motoxparts highly advise card payment for super-fast payment clearing dispatch of goods.

Orders paid for and the payment is cleared by Motoxparts on Fridays before 3.30pm will normally be dispatched that day. You should receive you order that following Monday. Motoxparts does not at all offer a Saturday delivery service so please do not ask about this.

If Motoxparts is overload with orders your order may be dispatched the next Motoxparts working day. 95% of the time if an order is paid for a payment has cleared by 3.30pm (MXP working days NZ time) the order will be dispatched that day. Motoxparts does not work weekends or public holidays.

Australia Orders

Please note - Shipping times do not including weekends or holiday dates. After long weeks or holiday dates shipping may take 1-2 days longer than normal to get to you as we can get overloaded and so can the couriers. Motoxparts has no control over delivery time of orders sent standard post, the delivery times given can vary and may take longer and in some cases less.

Australia Customs/Duties: Some orders can incur customs taxes in Australia. Motoxparts has no control over these taxes and cannot advise what they will be once your parcel has arrived in Australia

All charges are to be paid by the customer on delivery of order. Orders cannot be returned to sender and Motoxparts will never pay these customs charges on your behalf. If you refuse to pay these charges your parcel may be abandoned, and Motoxparts will not be held responsible for any loss of funds as a result of this occurrence. We cannot mark International orders as a gift in order to bypass or reduce any customs fees. This is an illegal practice and as an established business we will not do this.

Ordering online faster

It is fast and easier to order online - Online orders come through as soon as they are placed (within 1 minute). Online orders have their own department and are picked ready for dispatching very fast and are dispatched that day as long as paid for before 3pm that same day (MXP's working days that is Monday-Friday). Phone orders can take longer to get to this stage and if placed late in the day can miss the last dispatch cut off. Please make it easy and order online.

RETURNS AND CREDITS (please read all below before returning)

This does not apply if it states on a product page - non-returnable - this means Motoxparts will not take the part back for a credit or refund at all.

All returns must be sent in by courier - Motoxparts is no public access at all – If someone does come to the premises it is fully enclosed, if someone knocks on the door or call from the car park no one will answer – we are online only.

Our address for returns is (Very important - Do not send by post as we do not have a post box - the post will send it back to you which will take 2-3 weeks. Only send to Motoxparts by Courier)

When returning a product/part it must arrive at Motoxparts in unused new condition, in its original undamaged packaging (*note: pack well as couriers can damage packing/parts), within 90 days (14 days trade customers). Please contact us as soon as possible at info@motoxparts.co.nz if you wish to return an item. We will affect a stire credit or exchange as soon as the item is received and its condition checked by Motoxparts.

Make sure you get a full store credit by returning your item(s) with the packaging in original, intact condition. Please don't return an item with packaging you wouldn't want to receive yourself.

If a part/goods are purchased and are intended to be used on a different make-model-year (this is called a guess fit which never works) Motoxparts has the right to refuse the part/goods back for a credit..

Please read before sending back for a return, all parts/goods sent back must meet all conditions below

  • All returns must have a copy of the original invoice (this can be found in your Motoxparts account) along with all the customers’ details, contact and address. If a item/items are returned without a copy of an invoice this will delay the processes.
  • Returned items must be enclosed in their original packaging. This includes all boxes, plastic containers, plastic bags, and any other packaging.
  • Items sold in vacuum sealed packaging cannot be returned if they are opened. If non-resalable packaging is not intact, the item is no longer in "new condition".
  • Original packaging that has been torn open or damaged cannot be accepted. These items are no longer in new condition.
  • Original packaging also includes all tags, information booklets, instructions, stickers, etc. Please ensure helmets come back with visor clings, jackets come back with tags attached, and hard parts come back with informational sheets.
  • Please pack your returns securely enough to prevent damage in transit. If we receive a damaged item, we have no way of knowing when or how the damage occurred and will not be able to accept it as a return.
  • To avoid damage and ensure you're store credit, pack items well with good with a solid protective outer packing, if not they can be damage during transit (no store credit). Take care and make sure engine parts are pack so they cannot be bent or damaged such as gaskets and have a good protective packing on both sides, pistons will not come of original packing and have good outer protective packing. This also goes for most parts/goods. If parts/goods cannot be packed well and protect in a shipping bag, we highly recommend packing in a shipping in a box.
  • Include original invoice or other necessary contact information.
  • Not one mark, scratch or damage on any surface, this includes front, back, inside, outside of any item. No dog or cat hair or finger prints in packing.
  • Items such as pistons - if these have tried to be installed and have one mark on the coating/surface or any oil or grease on them these will not be store credit. If a piston has a clip in it or a clip has been installed or rings installed we will not to back no credit. If a piston box is return with even a dirt finger print Motoxparts will not offer a store credit.
  • There will be a shipping cost to send the return item back this will be $10-$20 depends on size and how long it has taken to check the item when returned. (flat shipping rates only apply to items being purchased, it does not apply to returns)
  • Store credits are not done until goods have been returned to Motoxparts, once Motoxparts receive the goods then they are inspected to meeting Motoxparts return conditions. If they do at that time Motoxparts will put a store credit on your account. This full process can take between 3-10 days from when the return item/items are received back at Motoxparts.
  • If you require other goods urgently (to replace the incorrectly ordered goods being returned) before they have been returned and checked you will have to order the replacements online and pay for them. Or if you would like to wait for goods to be inspected to see if they meet the return conditions let Motoxparts know.
  • If the goods meet the return conditions the price of the goods only will be credited, not the shipping
  • A 20% restock fee will apply to each return item

Returns must be sent by courier with track and trace.

Please ensure the item his been carefully packed and you have included either a copy of your order form or a note including your name, contact details and order number. Please insure and/or track and trace. Do not return COD as the shipping department cannot accept COD items.

Returns may be subject to a re-stocking fee due to handling costs.

End User/Purchaser has full responsibility for ensuring the correct part has been purchased prior to installation. Motoxparts recommends any new replacement part be compared to the old part, prior to installation to ensure it is the correct part. This is standard practice before any new part in installed.Check all parts before removing form packing. It is the user’s responsibility to inspect and verify the parts/product supplied, dimensions, specifications are correct for what they are intended to be used for, or fitted to.

Due to the nature of performance applications, parts are sold without an express warranty or any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

Do not send items to Motoxparts in the post - very important

Please send return items or crankshafts to be rebuilt by courier only (track/trace) – not in the post, we do not have a business post address so the post will send it back to you. Just to let you know if an item is sent to Motoxparts in the post, it will be sent directly back to you by NZ post (it will not get to us). The item will most likely sit at NZ post centre for a few weeks before they return it directly to you.

So do not send items to Motoxparts in the post unless you want your part to get lost or take a few months to final get to us after you have paid to have it sent twice! It may seem more expensive by courier track/trace but we can assure you in the end it is not!

Missing or non-delivery

If your order has been dispatched and you think it has gone missing or has not been delivery please contact Motoxparts as soon as possible. Missing or non-delivery orders must report to Motoxparts within 10 days after the order has been dispatched.

Customers can login their accounts and check there tracking details, this if the order was sent by a courier. We highly advise this to be done. Most NZ post orders will not have a tracking number and cannot be tracked if they go missing; Motoxparts has no control over NZ Post as there is not a tracking number and will not be liable if items go missing sent NZ Post. If items/item go missing or damaged during NZ Post delivery service the customer will have to take this up with NZ Post and make a claim with NZ Post. If there is a problem agreeing to this please purchase elsewhere (This is why Motoxparts highly advises customers to use a NZC drop-off point). All address that are not a registered NZC Courier as a standard delivery is sent NZ Post.

Transit/Shipping Damage

If an order/parts are damaged or parts have been lost when damaged during transit/shipping Motoxparts will not be liable for this. The person’s name that is on the invoice/package will have to than make a claim against the shipping/delivery company for compensation.

FAULTY PRODUCTS POLICY
Please advise us promptly if you believe you have a faulty product.
Proof of purchase is required
The product must be returned to Motoxparts for assessment.
The product may be sent for independent assessment, at Motoxpart's expense, to determine if the part is faulty. If the part is found to NOT be faulty, Motoxparts may seek reimbursement form the customer for the costs of assessment (typical cost $100 -$300).

Motoxparts will wherever possible endeavour to repair any product found to be faulty. If a part cannot be repaired then it will be replaced if possible or a store credit given.
