Motoxparts does not take orders over the phone, orders are to be placed by the Motoxparts website (this site). Reason - Motoxparts has found that website orders stop any mistakes that can be made over a phone order. As a customer, you would understand some people use different model names, such as YZ250 but the customer means YZ250F. Ordering over the site means the customer can double check all is correct. This keeps everyone happy – you get the exact parts you want and fast, Cheers.

Once paid it will be dispatched that day as long as paid for before 3.30pm (if an item is not in stock a "Notify Me" notice will be shown, you can fill out this form and you will be sent an email when item is back in stock)

If you are inquiring about an out of stock item - If it is listed as out of stock please use the 'notify me' button on the product page and you will be emailed as soon as the item is available again.
Note: You do not have to join or make an account to buy from Motoxparts, just add items to the basket and pay at the checkout - easy as that.

Overnight delivery on most courier address only $5 within NZ any size/weight (please view shipping page for all conditions). Australian orders $10 any weight/size (please view shipping page for all conditions). Enquiring to see if goods have been dispatched please check your emails. You will receive an email once your order has been shipped. Please note most NZ parcels are sent with Courier Post ( we are no longer using NZ Couriers). The tracking information is in the dispatch email. If you did not receive an email please check your spam/junk box as this is an automated process so emails are always sent out.
If your order is rural and has been sent NZ Post $5 ( not rural courier tracked $8) then there is no tracking number available for your parcel. This is a 2-8 working day delivery service and we are sorry but we cannot help you with information on the delivery time for your parcel.
